Tracking numbers are sent out within 24-48 business hours of placing your order
If you did not receive any tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please check to make sure you entered your email address correctly when placing your order! If you entered the wrong email address, please email us using the CONTACT US form letting us know you need to correct your email address. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LET US KNOW WHAT YOUR ORDER NUMBER IS.
Yes for general returns or exchanges. No if you received a damaged or defective product.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will make sure you are taken care of right away. After notifying us, we will ship you a replacement immediately along with a pre-paid return slip for the broken/defective items. You will NEVER pay for any shipping/return costs if we make a mistake on our end or if you receive a defective product.
