SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

At this time, we only ship to the continental United States (lower 48 states).

Processing Times
We try to process your order immediately and normally ships within 24 hours (this excludes weekends or national holidays). We strive to ship all of our products within one business day, please allow for 1 additional business day for your wheel and tire order to leave our facility.

Wheel and tire orders take time to carefully mount and pack. We never want to compromise the safety and quality of your wheels and tires, so we put love and care into packing each order. Please account for this if your order is time-sensitive. 

Out Of Stock Items
If you order an item that we have run out of stock of the same day - you will be notified via email immediately.  If any delay is inconvenient, please let us and we will work to make it right.

We NEVER charge extra fees on shipping costs. We know how hard you work for your money, and will never charge you more than the actual costs of shipping any given item to your door. Our standard shipping method is Fedex Ground. Note that some orders may ship by UPS or United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

Understanding Shipping Days
Shipping days as calculated by Fedex, UPS or the USPS are business days.  Shipping days do not include the day that the package was shipped. If an order is placed on Monday after 2:00pm CST, it will be shipped on Tuesday morning. Overnight shipping means that the package will be delivered on Wednesday. 2nd day Air means that the package will be delivered on Thursday and so forth. Note that a Monday order with overnight shipping does not mean you will receive the order on Tuesday. Likewise, a Thursday order with overnight shipping will ship on Friday and arrive on Monday. Weekends and holidays do not count as a shipping day. If you absolutely need an order the next day, please call us to see if we can arrange shipment on the same day.

United States (Hawaii & Alaska)
We do not ship to Hawaii & Alaska at this time. 

International
We do not ship internationally.

RETURN POLICY

 

Creative Cartz offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If for any reason you are not completely happy with any product you order from us, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the order for a full no-hassles refund (minus shipping costs incurred from sending the item to you). Additionally, you will need to pay return shipping unless otherwise verified by customer service.

General return policy requirements:

  •     The product must be in new and original condition.

  •     Must begin the return process within 30 days of receiving the product.

  •     The item must be returned including all the original packaging and accessories.

  •     Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  •     Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

  •     Returning a product may incur up to a 20% restocking charge.

  •  

    Note: Golf cart wheels may not be returned once they have been mounted on a cart. Tires (ordered individually, not in a combo) may not be returned once mounted to a golf cart wheel, even if never driven on. Therefore any request for refund for any item that has been used will not be honored.

     

    If you want to make a change to your order before it ships you may only do so as long as you have not yet received an "Your order is being processed" email. Once your order is processed, we cannot make changes to the order and you will need to return those items before we can ship different ones.

     

    Refused Packages/Orders: Please note, if you change your mind after ordering and refuse to take delivery of your items; regular shipping charges and restocking fees will apply. Shipping and time to prepare your items costs money. Please double check your order before placing!

    Returns

    Please email us using this

     

    We will send you an email with a return authorization number and the address to ship your return items to.  Please write this "RA" number on the outside of your return package in large black letters and ship the items to the address provided to you via email.
     

    Do I have to pay for return shipping?

    Yes for general returns or exchanges. No if you received a damaged or defective product.

    What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

    If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will make sure you are taken care of right away. After notifying us, we will ship you a replacement immediately along with a pre-paid return slip for the broken/defective items. You will NEVER pay for any shipping/return costs if we make a mistake on our end or if you receive a defective product.
